At Southern Revival + Co., most items are available as pre-orders. Please read the information below before placing your order.
✰ Pre-Order Processing & Turnaround
Pre-orders have an estimated turnaround time of 4–6 weeks from the date the order is placed.
The 4–6 week timeframe includes the time needed for your item to be ordered from our supplier, received, inspected, and prepared for shipment.
Please note that the 4–6 week timeframe is an estimate and may occasionally be extended due to supplier delays, shipping delays, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
✰ Shipping
Once your pre-order arrives and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping rates and available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
The shipping time after your order has shipped is separate from the 4–6 week pre-order turnaround time.
✰ Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
Once a pre-order has been submitted to our supplier, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

✰ Delays
Southern Revival + Co. is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
During launches, sales, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be necessary.
✰ Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Southern Revival + Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
If your package appears to be lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
✰ Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at southernrevivalandco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
